The new Robur S electric coffee grinder , a coffee grinder very popular with baristas accustomed to large daily volumes and working spikes, combines practical use with superior performance. By comparing the new Robur S with its predecessor, we can see that the renewed version of the coffee grinder maintains the extreme grinding speed (average of 1s / 5g) with a low number of revolutions (420 rpm - 50 Hz), improves the convenience of cleaning and adjustment, thanks to the "Memory Track" system, reduces retention by 52% and improves the functionality of the electronics.
